Ableton Producer Seeking Partner to Share Creative Space

Looking for someone interested in splitting rent on a shared space for music production and recording. I've identified a prospective location where rent is ~440 ($220 each) in a creative community. The space is 8X8, secure and accessible 24/7. About me: I'm a 33 year old dude who works by day as a lawyer. I would primarily be using the space on weekends and nights (7p-late). I'd be open to sharing the space with someone who wants to work collaboratively on production/DJ projects, or simply to share the space. No issues with being in the area at the same time working on different projects if we use headphones during those overlap times. My equipment will include an iMac, several midi controllers, UA Apollo Twin, studio monitors, and guitars. I have a day job as a lawyer. We could work together to ensure both of us have sufficient space for small studio setups and potentially share gear if we are comfortable.
