Spring Equinox Celebration! In honor of the Spring Equinox, we will be celebrating our connection to self, source and others thru music, movement and breathe, called Kai Chi Do, the free spirit way (Meditation in Movement). Join us for setting our intentions on what we want to grow and manifest this year while we get transported by the frequencies of sound and energy, in the beautiful garden of Mother Earth. Cost is only $20, no reservations needed, just bring something to lay on, a lawn chair if preferred, water and comfortable clothing. We are located at Le Cafe Carla inside Ricou's Rendezvoux, 3350 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, FL. Only a block South of Mulligans and Lures. The garden is to the right of the building.
