Spring Icebreaker - Learn about volunteer opportunities at Pioneer Town and help us preserve our local history. We need YOU! You (and your friends and acquaintances) are invited to learn more about Pioneer Town and the array of volunteer opportunities it takes to operate our 100% volunteer-based museum and grounds. Visit with some of the amazing volunteers and enjoy dessert and coffee. Volunteers at Pioneer Town have many different interests. Gardeners, landscapers, researchers, story tellers, history buffs, handy-persons, event planners, introverts and extroverts and everyone in-between are all welcome. Pioneer Town is a great place for everyone, and a great place for you to make new friends. Everyone is welcome to attend, make some new friends, and help preserve the history of the Surface Creek Valley! P.S. Our annual member dinner has been postponed to summer. Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 29th. The Sunday Farmers Market at Pioneer Town will open on June 6th, and our Pioneer Town Talks will resume in June. More to come.
