Make Ready Residential is a rapidly growing contracting company operating in Dallas-Fort Worth. Looking to hire a motivated individual to train for long-term employment. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Responsibilities: - Visit location to bid home repairs and renovations. - Collaborate with project managers and account managers to ensure quality & timely estimates to customer. - Bid pricing is based upon each line-item of work, so residential maintenance knowledge is a plus. Qualifications: - Make Ready experience required - Excel software experience - Strong comfort level with technology / computer skills - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Detail-Oriented - Schedule-driven and punctual What We Offer: - Car Stipend - Paid Holidays - Paid Time-Off (PTO) - Entry-Level Salary: $45,000.00/ year + monthly production bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
