**OVERTIME IS LIKELY. APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK 40-50 HOURS A WEEK. **Being reliable is required as well. If you are not, please do not apply. **Ability to do above basic maintenance on vehicles.. Repair water pump, maybe replace alternator, do basic brake pad replacement, etc... BENEFITS: - 40 HRS OF PAID TIME OFF UPON COMPLETING 90 DAYS OF WORK - After one year, 3 Paid Holidays and Birthday PAID! - We supply all cleaning products and equipment - We provide company cars - We provide your uniforms - Twice a month paychecks - Full hourly pay during training Cleaning Tech PAY STRUCTURE: - $13 to start and train + BONUS (see details below) - $14 per hr after passing a 30 day performance review + BONUS (see details below) - $15 per hr after passing a 60 day performance review + BONUS (see details below) ***$2 DOLLAR PER HOUR BONUS on 75% of hours worked a week IF THREE GOALS ARE MET: Goals are calculated weekly and paid on every paycheck -------------1.) On time every day to work: 8:00am -------------2.) No missed days in a week (PERFECT ATTENDANCE) -------------3.) No warranty calls from customers If you meet all 3 goals in a week, we will increase your pay by $2 dollars an hour for 75% of hours worked that week. JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS: -You must have a valid drivers license -Requires you to be mechanically inclined. Working on cars and trouble shooting on engines is a must. -Must have a positive attitude and willing to help grow our carpet cleaning division -Must be a team player -Must have 3 yrs of pretty clean driving record -**Required to work on Saturdays if needed to check up on water losses that we have to check on. Usually 1-3 hours at most. -Have reliable transportation and be physically fit enough to handle repetitive motion and be able to lift 50 lbs. -DUTIES: Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, carpet repair, Water emergency technician, tile cleaning, Sales of our services, etc. -Willing to jump over and train on the cleaning side if needed -Maintain company vehicle stocked, clean and ready to go -IMPORTANT: Work day is usually between 8am to 6pm but you will need to be flexible enough to work late if needed. Overtime is LIKELY. Looking for a person that has the ability and desire to take on more responsibility. We will offer as much training and support as needed to the right individual.
