Pettit Staffing is seeking a Microwave laborer. This is $12.50/hour and overtime $18.75/hr - This is a Temporary to hire opening. Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm ++ Overtime - occasional Saturdays.. Temporary to hire opportunity with full comprehensive benefit package upon direct hire! Job Responsibilities: Load frozen meat products into the microwave and unload tempered meat products from the microwave. Responsibilities of the Job: Operate industrial microwave to ensure tempering goals. Complete paperwork and ensure all records and documents are properly maintained and make adjustments during shift to products to meet product specifications as necessary To be successful, you will need basic math and reading skills, while learning product recognition, customer details, as well as other job specific duties. Maintain a safe and clean work environment as well as learning the use of all controls, equipment, and resources. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30-50-75 pounds. In this position, you will need to work at a quick pace while repeatedly lifting and stacking up to 50-75lbs.
