We are looking for several hospitality minded staff to assist with an upcoming conference in DALLAS. We need someone with lots of energy, can talk with and engage with people, and can move around quickly. Event includes some light lifting, communicating with people, standing for periods of team and a friendly attitude and demeanor. Pay: $15 per hour Parking: Free Parking available Attire: Black Pants, A white polo or button down shirt/blouse Restrictions: No visible tattoos, piercing other than ears would need to be removed, non natural hair colors or styles are not acceptable. Schedule: we have three spots, must be able to work all the day and the complete shift Staff A – Line Monitor Monday March 22 12:30p-6p Tuesday March 23 8a-6p Wednesday March 24 8:30a-6p Thursday March 25 8:30a-5p Line Monitor: Help ensure social distancing while keeping the registration line moving at a fast pace. This position requires you to be outgoing, assertive and friendly. You will be standing for periods of time Staff B - Typist Tuesday March 23 7a-11a Wednesday March 24 8:30a-3p Thursday March 25 9a-4p Typist: You would assist with checking in guests, handing out their materials and assisting as an information desk. This will be a high speed operation at times and you must be able to move quickly and use the computer if necessary. Staff C – Backup Role, Help as needed Monday March 22 12p-4p, extend if needed Tuesday March 23 7a-11a, extend if needed Wednesday March 24, 7:30a-11:30a, extend if needed Thursday March 25 7:30a-11:30a, extend if needed Backup: You will be there in case we receive a call out or client needs extra staff. If they have determined you are not needed you will be released and paid a full four hour minimum. If you are needed you will be extended for the full length of the shift.
