Start a band? Jam?

Is there anyone out there early 20s looking to start a band or jam? I play guitar pretty okay and played saxophone in school for 7 years, also know bits and pieces of other instruments. I want to get out there and meet some musicians in Oregon, I’ve only lived here a couple years. Have played in groups before but nothing serious. I enjoy mostly rock music and other alternative forms of rock and pop. HMU we can FaceTime first, and then see if we’d down to meet in a public spot. :)
