We have a property we are renovating in Baltimore City. We just replaced front porch and siding. But its in a historic neighborhood so its not up to code. We need someone who repair some carpentry- Posts, columns, railing, roof pediment frame. Also we need some siding replaced on porch area as well. Need work done ASAP. Trying to get house on the market. It is bank owned so we dont have a huge budget. Please only reasonable estimates. Please call me and I can give you info for punch list and address.
