We are looking for a general laborer with real world jobsite experience to join our small team at DMC Development. We are looking for somebody who is hard working, dedicated, willing to learn and be a part of a team. Jobs duties consist of the following: -Aiding sub-contractors -Delivering material -Cleaning jobsite -Light Framing (Soffits, half-walls etc.) -Driving dump truck -Cleaning Site -Building Retaining Walls -Basic Landscaping -Concrete Forms We are looking for somebody with some experience framing, building fences, working with concrete, and building block retaining walls. You will need basic tools to start. Pay begins at $22/hr, increases to $25/hr after 3 months of employment. This position is full-time, typical hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday. Our jobsites are primarily located in Northwest Seattle. Must have a drivers license and must be eligible for employment in the United States.
