Description

I am looking for a superintendent to build a 1,600 sq. ft. home and more in the future. You would be expected to know your own contractors and able to get bids from contractors and provide them to us. Must be able to manage the subcontractors and construction of the home. Looking for someone with previous experience and that would be willing to work for a per house fee. Superintendent would need to know his own subcontractors.
