LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Appleton, WI area Part-time hours: approx 5 hours per week + on-call for fitness centers Locations: Fox River Mall and approximately 9 fitness centers located in Appleton, Manitowoc, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Rothschild, Marinette and Oshkosh. Base Rate: $300.00 per month (paid bi-weekly) $20.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement for servicing Planet Fitness locations COMPANY BACKGROUND Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services. BASIC FUNCTION The Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment at Fox River Mall, WI and approximately 9 fitness center locations that require massage chair service maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and repair of equipment Maintain clean equipment Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management Other assignments as needed. EDUCATION Technical degree preferred SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
