We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Tech to join our team asap at our 160 unit property Railridge Apartments 2515 Altamesa Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76133. HVAC Certification required. You must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate is a self starter, able to multitask in a busy or slow environment and works effectively with deadlines and other team members. Position is full time 40 hours and on call every other week. General Requirements: Minimum of 2 years as APARTMENT Lead Tech High School diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License/ID HVAC Certification CPO Certification preferred Team Management experience preferred Owns a set of basic hand tools Have dependable transportation to and from work Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Criminal Background and Drug Screening is conducted Email your resume or apply in person at our sister property 3386 Polo Club Dr S Fort Worth, TX 76133.
