Who You Are... As a Crew Member, you are a critical part of our field operations team. Your passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces contributes to our world class customer satisfaction. Acting as the tip of the spear in our organization, it is you who are helping to fulfill our mission of redefining the residential and commercial synthetic turf industry. You take pride in your work. You communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer and on every project. You will work on a cohesive team through all aspects of the installation process from excavation and base prep to final cutting and seaming. Project types include putting greens, sports fields, poolscapes, commercial outdoor areas, and residential backyard transformations. While experience in landscaping or related trades is a plus, it is not a requirement. What is required is that you're ready to work hard and want to join a team with high standards that has tremendous opportunity for growth. You are available for full time work Monday through Friday. We offer the opportunity for overtime as well as advancement into estimator, sales and management positions.
