hello this is to help me with the outside of an airbnb that I own its very specific the duties and that will be it -I can give you a schedule since I'm booked already for the summer- I need someone reliable,very reliable and if needing to miss I need a few days notice please so I can arrange otherwise- I will not give a second chance because this has to run smoothly its a business-and a lot of time people are checking in and out on the same day - I pay $50 for 2 hours of work starting at 11am most days- its part time and some months just 3 times but from May to Sept its 4-8 times a month and can give you a schedule now -here is my number 4049642624 I need help tomorrow and that will give us a good indication if this will work out- you do need a car -here are the duties ( in the spring I have extra stuff for march and april but will pay extra for those task ) regular duties --clean grill which may involve using the pressure washer which I have,dump run with bags of trash (dump on pegasus parkway) need to done when leaving for the day ( need a troup county plate but let me know if not it may can still work ) -put new trash bags outside in 3 trash cans and they may need to be rinsed out first, spray ant spray around outside trash cans and put ant spray on mounds in yard if needed, if there was a dog there with the previous reservation you will need to walk the yard with shovel and toss poop in wooded area yard that is fenced is about an acre but only half of that has grass ( even though I ask guest to scoop their own poop - it doesn't always happen),blow around pool and front pathway I have blower,may need to get leaves off pool with net though I have a regular pool guy sometimes if a storm its needed and if outside fireplace was used brush that out -my husband and or I will be there each time we know exactly how long it takes so no slow rolling most of the time your done in 1 1/2 hours --$50 total if you can finish in two hour or if it only takes the one same amount -if it goes beyond two I'll pay extra ( this might happen in the spring because I do need help with a few other things ) spray around outside house,walk yard with granules in spreader and spray in light fixtures outside that will include being on a ladder which I have and one of us can spot you on it -but thats only in spring which would includes this Sunday so even if you just helped me Sunday (I prefer long term interest) but you can earn $75 on Sunday - we pay cash &we are a very respectful couple must be ok to take some instruction if needed from a women I do know what I'm doing -even though my husband is there too I run this place he has another job and I'm glad to hire anyone who can do these tasks the last person was a female no discrimination here just need work done we do expect the same respect as we give you in return -please bring your own lunch I have ice water which I'm glad to give you and from time to time I buy sandwiches for everyone -please give me a call thank you Rhiannon and Ed
