We are a restoration general contractor serving the greater Anchorage area. We have 24 hr emergency services and our employees are required to work a rotation schedule for on call/ after hours work. Due to the emergency services aspect of business, applicants must live within the Anchorage Municipality and have a reliable source of transportation at all hours day or night. Applicants Skill Requirements • Minimum 5 yrs construction & minimum 5 yrs carpentry experience • Must show good leadership skills and be able to mentor/ work with less skilled laborers •Must be able to work independently with the general public and other team members •Must have a neat appearance, be organized and understand how to read estimates and job scopes •Must be able to use critical thinking to assess job costs/ labor hours and work efficiently • Must provide own tools and if personal vehicle is used, must provide current insurance •Must have current ADL with 3 or fewer infractions in last 5yrs and no DUI within last 5 yrs. •To be considered for hire, applicants must be able to past a post hire drug and background screening.. Due to our contracts with insurance carriers we cannot consider an applicant with any felonies.
