We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Union Benefits Representatives! Since 1951, AIL has served at the exclusive union benefits provider for Police, Firefighters, and other high risk occupations across the US. We have a fully comprehensive training program performed in-house, so no experience is required.
All applicants who reply to this listing will be invited to attend an in-person interview process at our Balcones Heights location in the heart of San Antonio. Candidates selected to move forward will then be invited back for a final one-on-one interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time.
Entry level typically earns $1,000+/week. Income after promotion into Leadership typically exceeds $100,000/year.
