Window washer for my small CONDO

I am hoping to get my 5 slider windows, patio door, one narrow fixed pane window, and two skylights cleaned on the outside, including the screens. Preferably on the first upcoming decent day. Note: My unit is on the 2nd floor. I require you to email over proof of jobsite insurance in case of injury, at the same time you submit a bid. I am hoping to get it done next week, at $125 or less. If you do a good job, I will have you do the windows twice a year. Thanks
