Description
Estimating/Job Manager/Supervisor
5 years of Construction experience including sales, estimating and job management
Experience using: QuickBooks, Desktop Contractor’s Edition, MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word, and TSheets, including both timekeeping, scheduling, able to read plans and create take offs
Requires use of calendar system to prioritize and complete competing tasks
Prepares and manages accurate versions and statuses of all estimates in QuickBooks
Manages estimate submission and acceptance process
Manages contract execution for all accepted estimates
Coordinates timely procurement of all jobsite materials
Works with the owner daily to update and publish jobsite schedules for field staff
Possess diplomatic skills to assist owner with responding to inquiries from clients
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Must possess strong diplomatic skills to handle a large variety of inquiries
