TMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will maintain and enhance the value of communities that we manage by performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks. Working independently this position will ensure quality maintenance standards are upheld while providing excellent customer service tenants, vendors, fellow employees, and members of the community. WHAT YOU’LL DO ·         Employs advanced carpentry skills such as framing, finish carpentry/remodeling, drywall and painting, and window and door installation. ·         Installs bathtubs, tub surroundings, kitchen and bathroom p-traps, PVC repairs, toilets, sinks, dishwashers, and other appliances. ·         Checks all appliances and applicable connections for safety & functionality. ·         Performs preventative maintenance such as caulking around tub & water closet areas, attaching shower guards, removing covers from wall heaters, & cleaning. ·         Repairs or replaces toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, and related plumbing. ·         Performs a variety of exterior maintenance such as gutter repair or replacement, siding replacement, paint touch up, and patch pavement.   WHAT WE OFFER ·         Competitive base salary plus a generous benefits package with two different medical plan options, as well as vision and dental group plans. ·         Exceptional training and career development, ensuring you have the necessary skills to take you exactly where you want to go. ·         $10,000 company-paid term life insurance policy. ·         Voluntary additional benefits, including insurance through AFLAC, cafeteria plan and flexible spending, short-term disability, term life, and AD&D insurance. ·         Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. ·         401(k) and educational assistance.
