Ground Crew Technician: Ground crew technicians perform professional window washing, pressure washing, high dusting, and commercial gutter cleaning. 80% of your day to day routine is window washing. We work with big ladders so you should be comfortable moving them and being on them. We also use large water fed poles that you should be able to carry. Being comfortable with heights is recommended for this job. Our ground crew technicians do it all! Night shift team Sun-Thursday 5pm-1:30am. Dayshift 7am-3:30pm Friday- Tuesday High Rise Window Technician: CSNW specializes in rope access technicians who work from a Bosun's chair. We clean buildings of any height and have work year round for our high rise crew. We currently have 8 high rise window technicians and we want to grow this team. We are looking for experience with this position. Experience includes rope access or window cleaning. If you do not have any experience but are interested in high rise window cleaning, CSNW has a full time trainer who could start you on our ground crew. After a few months of learning how to clean windows, we could get you trained and on the high rise team. Our high rise technicians make $19 - $30 per hour depending on experience level. Our high rise crew works M-F 8am-4:30pm but we ask for flexibility with this because occasionally we will ask you to work a weekend. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week.
