Aspen Ridge Property Services has grown to become a property maintenance leader in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas. As our business has developed over many years, we strive to continue offering our expertise and services to commercial, industrial, and retail facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Porter Services are designed to help support the image of any property. We are looking for a Day Porter that is contracted and carries their own liability insurance. This opportunity includes taking care of client properties/buildings and carrying out cleaning, maintenance and porter duties. The goal is to keep designated properties in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Clean designated building areas (trash service and maintenance, restroom cleaning, etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Disinfecting: Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
