I am 100% disabled man in need of a good real estate attorney. In 2010 I purchased property from an individual in Putnam county for owner financed land. I completely paid off this property in 2018.the seller refuses to give me deed because I did not pay their property tax in their name. They never registered the sale they never sent me a tax bill.the tax bill was in another name that they wanted me to pay on the internet. I paid a few but there was approximately $1,500 outstanding in their name.I purchased this property when I became disabled because I knew I would lose my home, after losing my home I tried to buy a mobile home to put on the property,because the property was not registered in my name and I had no bill of sale only a finance contract I could not get a home to put on it.I'm basically homeless renting a room for the past 10 years at $200 a month,my only source of income is social security which I only receive $1,000. I have over $20,000 invested in this property and nothing to show for it. I tried to file a suit and Putnam county by myself and the lady at the courthouse just refused to do it because I was not an attorney or trained to walk it through the court system. The filing fees in all other paperwork necessary comes to a little less than $500. I was ripped off once by a lady who wrote up all this paperwork for me and then she took my money and I got nothing.if you were a lawyer or a good legal student close to graduating and are willing to help me with this I can pay you if it's reasonable and if you'll accept payments. I had almost given up on doing this but now I find that I may have to take custody of my four grandkids of 12 13 14 and 15 years old, I cannot lose my grandkids to the system. I believe these people have committed fraud against me because I am disabled, I do not have much money to fight.I will give up my entire social security check minus the drugs to keep me alive approximately $180. I can make payments or you can hold the deed until I pay you. If I can get the deed to this property I can also get a home for my grandchildren. Legal aid and other legal agencies have refused to help because it's a civil matter. The local da of Putnam county refused to hear me either.
