Try out a free Strength & Conditioning Class with OBK Fitness Trainers at the Wolf Ranch Town Center Health & Wellness Expo
This class will be 45 minutes in duration and will follow a planned progression of:
1) Warm Up: a structured warm-up will activate the specific muscle group used during class
2) Strength: Focused on developing explosive power and pure strength
3) Conditioning: Focused on speed, agility, endurance and coordination
4) Cool Down: Stretch and recover. It will be the best 45 minutes of your day!
The training you receive at OBK Fitness builds more than just your physical strength. You will build mental fortitude and perseverance both inside and outside the gym. Every workout is programmed to challenge and increase our athlete’s strength and conditioning while our coaches ensure the athlete performs proper technique at their appropriate fitness level. All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches.
