Description

I have an office space in Woodridge that was initially intended to become an escape room. The Escape Room project was abandoned, and I would like to return this space to a neutral vanilla box. The space is approximately 1800 SqFt It will require replacement of ceiling tiles and insulation, painting, flooring, some drywall, and minor electrical work.
