Okay... so I was the second assistant, but the first assistant recently got promoted, so now I’m the first. And yep, you guessed it, I’m trying to replace myself. This job is a lot of what you might expect a personal assistant’s job to be, running errands, folding laundry, cleaning dishes, making appointments, filing, emails, other business-related tasks, blah blah blah. Here’s the thing, I need someone who can survive here; my boss owns several businesses and every day is a new adventure. Candidates must be willing and able to: Work nights and weekends Have adjusting/varying hours Work in an office setting Work in a salon setting (one of the businesses he owns) Interact with customers (in person and over the phone) Interact with other staff Ideal candidates have experience with: G-Suite Adobe Squarespace Ideal candidates also: Have their own vehicle Live in or adjacent to Lakeview
