From City of West Palm Beach: March 17, 2021 West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James encourages all West Palm Beach residents, who have yet to be vaccinated, to consider receiving the COVID-19 vaccine when it is their turn. Mayor James has recorded three public service announcements to promote the vaccine. Two of the three PSAs were produced for Hispanic/Latino and African American or Black audiences, given concerns that these ethnic and racial groups continue to be vaccinated at lower rates. Joining Mayor for this important campaign are Mayor's Hispanic Liaison Jose Tagle and St. Mary's Medical Center Assistant Medical Director of Adult Emergency Services Dr. Shanteria Dixon.
