Full-time working supervisor to oversee crew of 8-10 people in maintaining Pensacola's most historic Entertainment and Dining complex, Seville Quarter, located in downtown Pensacola. Must have real life experience in hvac and refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, painting, refinishing and most importantly, good common sense. The ability to direct staff to meet the objectives of the company is imperative. Salary will be determined by level of skill the applicant can demonstrate at interview.
