NORMAL SCHEDULE 7-3PM WEEKDAYS, ONLY WORK WEEKENDS IF BEHIND Must be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Must Have Clean, valid Florida driver's license. Must have own reliable transportation to and from work. We are also seeking qualified crew leaders with experience with walker and toro direct collect mowers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12.00-$17 /hour Experience: lawn care: 1 year License: Florida drivers license American Pride Lawn Care is looking for qualified Crew Leaders and Lawn Care Professionals. You will be responsible for leading 2-3 employees, driving company vehicles, training workers to follow company procedures, working in the field, and completing paperwork related to your route. Must have the following: Previous lawn maintenance experience and previous lawn maintenance employment. Ability to identify various plants. Leadership capabilities and work experience that shows leadership roles Valid and clean Florida driver's license Own reliable transportation to and from work. Directing crew on site and leading them through tasks and projects. Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and any broken or missing equipment is fixed or replaced. Troubleshooting problems as they arise. Keeping project on schedule and within budget. Qualifications: Must have lawn care or landscape experience Experience with project management is a plus Previous experience in landscape or similar industry is required. Strong customer relations, excellent people skills are a must!
