We offer free continuing adult education classes in leadership, financial literacy, and much more. YOU WILL RECEIVE: Support from the very beginning. Full training and we provide our team and customers with support for all questions/concerns. Detailed Project Management & proven processes Quality training; our products are quality and the training is set to match! YOU WILL NEED: At least 3 years of construction experience; residential experience preferred Strong work ethic and discipline Excellent verbal and organizational skills Consistent desire to succeed Adaptable computer literacy skills Productive under minimal supervision At least 21 years of age for insurance purposes (Does not apply to subcontractors) Experienced in carpentry, construction, and bath remodeling Willing to submit to background checks and drug tests as these will be required Compensation: Our Installers start earning between $65,000 and $75,000 in their first year with opportunities to earn 6 figures PLUS!
