No Hush Market presents Women Link Up - No Hush X The Movement Loft are hosting a sound bath meditation class and shopping from POC vendors! Come join the expereince of a mini meditation class and shop from black and brown women owned businesses in DFW! No Hush is excited to create an expereince that is focused on community and impact. Bringing everyone in the city together to support black and brown businesses year round! SHOP & ENJOY music along with a special meditation. We are honored to partner with The Movement Loft, which is an airy studio space offering a blend of adult yoga, dance and fitness classes, and curated wellness events in Dallas. Join us for a beautiful outdoor sound healing session, held in our courtyard. During the soundbath you will lie comfortably on your yoga mat, while the sound artist plays a series of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. The sound resonates through the space, washing over your body and mind, like a wave. What to expect at a soundbath Many attendees have noted that they are able to clear their minds or meditate on important items like life choices, work or personal matters. Most attendees comment that they feel a sense of tranquility, relaxation and stress-relief following a sound bath healing experience. ***FACE MASKS required. Please note tickets will be available at the door - $10 - a portion of proceeds will go towards WINGS organization.
