Brunch on the Beltline is a plant-based tasting event sponsored by the 21-Day Plant-Based Challenge to benefit The Urban Oak Initiative. Join us at Aluma Farm Farmstand as we celebrate the start of Spring, enjoy some great plant-based samples from Chef Kev and sign up for the April 21 Day Plant-Based Challenge. Come take a quick walk on the beltline, wave at passers by and try some tasty plant-based samples.Samples will include:Chipotle Rubbed Cauliflower TacosPan Seared Tofu TacosCilantro Lime RiceTree Hugger ChiliAnd a few more surprisesMeals will be prepared "To-Go" for attendees to enjoy!This is an outdoor event where masks will be worn and social distancing enforced.Hope to see you there! The Aluma Farmstand is located adjacent to the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trail near the interstion of Allene Avenue and Catherine Street. Street parking is available on Catherine Street. The Urban Oak Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that fights obesity, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses through innovative, kid-friendly programs. Atlanta teens are taught the benefits of plant-based nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle. Their programs. are designed to address many of the issues our communities face today, including food security, nutrition, and socioeconomic opportunity.
