What the position requires: This position is for a part-time day cleaner for a senior co-op apartment complex in the Dearborn Hgts area. The hours include M-F 8AM to 12:00PM hours can be flexible 12.00 per hour. Job involves cleaning common areas such as hallways, restrooms, lobby, stairwells, cafeterias, rec area etc. Great job for retired person. As a Stathakis Office Cleaner, you are responsible for performing general cleaning of assigned areas within your specific building. Your responsibilities include duties such as dusting/wiping surfaces, cleaning cafeteria, emptying trash, cleaning locker rooms/restrooms, mopping hard surface floors, vacuuming with a 13lb backpack vacuum and more.
