A National Company is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to become an assistant to a Crew Lead that installs glass shower doors and mirrors. Earn while you learn. You will work side by side and get the skills to be a proficient glass shower door installer. We will train you to become a crew lead within 6 months to a year. With experience in construction you can learn this trade. This position is designed specifically with advancement in mind and will present successful candidates with the ability to earn promotions, bonuses and raises based on their own personal growth while on the job. Shifts are either 4 days x 10 hours/day or 5 days x 8 hours/ day, with ability to work overtime. Required Qualifications: --Authorized to work in US --Must pass background check --Valid driver’s license with GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED. Company vehicle provided - All of our associates are always paid for company driving time! --Familiarity with Glass and Mirror Glazing and/or Residential remodeling industry is a PLUS, but not required. --Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
