Apartment community is seeking a full time maintenance technician. Duties include but will not be limited to: general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Occasional overtime. HVAC Type 2 helpful. Pay based upon experience. Benefits available.
