What do you get when you take two Americana singer songwriters, a swampy Tele slinging lead player, and an alt blues bass player? Potentially, one of the most fun and original Americana/Soul/Classic Country bands that Lafayette has ever seen. The singers and guitarists are beginning rehearsals: learning each others songs, and learning covers. We will eventually be looking for a drummer....age 35-50, no drugs or heavy drinking, loves Motown and Muscle Shoals soul music, and loves staying in the pocket and locking in with the bassist. If that sounds like you, let me know. Levon style harmony vocals would be a plus!
