I have multiple and varied jobs that need to be done such as painting, hanging blinds, moving furniture, finishing work, drywall repair, yard work, laying tile, fixing and cleaning terrazzo floors, and so on. There is a LOT of physical and heavy lifting. I would like to offer free rent ($500 a month value) in exchange for work done. Applicant must complete the minimum monthly amount of labor to cover the cost of rent. *Utilities are not included in agreement.* All labor to be exchanged at $15 per hr. Room is furnished with bed, dresser, and TV. Applicants must have a clear background check. NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ABUSE
