Need convertible top repaired

Looking for someone who is handy with cars. I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder that needs some work. On the convertible top there is a small cable that has broken and need to have it fixed/replaced as shown in the pictures. Not sure what the piece is called but it helps guide the 2nd bow into the correct position while opening the top. Right now I have to manually put the 2nd bow into the correct position every time in order for the top to go down all the way. The top just recently stopped operating as well and had to manually close the top and its been closed since. I push the button to open the top and it just beeps, nothing happens. I noticed when I had to manually close it that there was a lot of fluid that had leaked out around the motor. So I'm guessing that would need replaced as well. So I'm looking to have the cable fixed, the top to be operating again and for someone reinstall the headliner that goes on the inside of the top. The headliner was removed to get a better look of the mechanical issue. If you think this is something that you could do please let me know! Also let me know what kind of experience you have and what you would charge for everything. I posted once before before and didn't get any serious bites. Please contact via text or email.
