We are looking for a team player who can work with two other maintenance staff members while reporting to an onsite manager. Must be willing to exceed expectations, have an excellent attendance history, a current Florida drivers license (in good standing) and be able to pass a drug test. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to interact with our residents in this medium sized housing community located on Lake Griffin in Fruitland Park.
Must be able to work 4-5 days per week, possible on-call for emergencies eventually (rare).
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Basic handyman and general building cleaning/maintenance skills are required.
Minimum two year experience with zero turn mower, tractor, edger, trimmer, power washer, etc.
Landscaping skills including but not limited to mowing, weeding, trimming, small tree trimming.
Small and large equipment engine repair a plus.
Preventative Maintenance skills on various equipment.
Experience working with water and sewer plants a plus.
Ability to multi-task and flexibility with work assignments is required.
