HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A road in Dublin is closed Wednesday afternoon because a pole has fallen, according to state highway officials. All lanes of MD 440/Dublin Road are closed at Deerfield Road, the Maryland State Highway Administration reported at 12:30 p.m. A crash occurred in the area and a pole was down, officials said.
