SILICONE MOLD/CASTING OPERATOR for specialty swim fin and apparel manufacturer. Please read the requirements for this position carefully before submitting your resume or indicating your interest. This is a labor intense position that requires manual heavy lifting of large 2-piece molds which weigh 50-60 pounds full. Production oriented department. Position involves standing for long periods of time and use of small power hand tools. Employee will be responsible for mold prep and cleaning, mixing and manually filling molds with silicone, demolding, final finish work and inspection of completed products. Position involves color mixology and requires the applicant's ability to produce clean precise finish work. Artistic/creative flair is a plus in this position. This is a very unique one-of-a-kind position. Qualified applicant must: Be able to lift 50-60 pounds multiple times a day Have basic knowledge of small power hand tools Have excellent time management skills Be able to work with minimal supervision Work well under pressure Be production oriented Be a Team player Be willing to cross train/participate in other departments and/or assignment as required Training will be provided.
