Looking for Experienced D2D Canvasser for business partnership

I am starting a direct marketing company and I am looking for a business partner who is experienced in door knocking/canvassing. The company will offer direct marketing services like appointment setting & confirmations, door to door canvassing and flyer distribution to home service companies. I am an experienced sales and marketing manager looking to branch out and provide the services on my own as opposed to working for somebody else. I am very familiar with the phone sales but I don't have much experience with door to door canvassing. I will handle client acquisition (already have a couple lined up) and running the call center part of the business. I am looking for someone to run the canvassing part. This person will need to be experienced and skilled in generating leads through canvassing as well as managing and developing other people to do it. Must be willing to go out and generate leads for our clients as I will be working the phones myself until we build a team of canvassers and marketers.
