Join us for Genesis Block's Small Biz Studio: xElle Ventures We will learn more about Jennifer Turnage and xElle Ventures. Jennifer is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of Marshallton Research Laboratories, the Boards of Directors of YWCA Lower Cape Fear and xElle Ventures. She also serves as a member of the Executive Committee and the Chair of the Screening Committee for xElle Ventures. The goal of xElle Ventures is to invest in the ideas, products and services of women, build a growing and educated community of female investors and, more generally, build the wealth of women. xElle is a collective made up entirely of women and, today, is structured as a member-managed limited liability company. Our mission is to discover and fund the most promising women business leaders and mentor them as they create successful companies while building a thriving female founder-investor ecosystem. Currently, our Members invest using targeted debt instruments.
