Looking for Potty Trained Dog

I’m looking for a loving family companion who is already COMPLETELY potty trained and also good with cats, older kids, and other dogs. I would love a dog or puppy that is affectionate and likes snuggles and pets. I am willing to pay a fee if necessary. I have one cat and a 9 year old daughter. There are no other dogs in our home but I would like to be able to take our new dog to the off-leash park nearby. I live in a large apartment (1,100 sq. ft.) with a dog park on site and another large dog park within a half mile of my home. I work the regular 8-5 but I can stick to a feeding/potty schedule when I’m not at work. Age and breed are not important but I would like to keep the size under 80lbs. Although I would really like a dog with longer soft/fluffy fur, it’s not a deal breaker. I don’t mind shedding or grooming needs either.
