Description
Charlie has been my best friend for a little over a year. He lives with us in an apartment complex that does not allow pets. my apartment manager recently found out that we had him and gave me a 15-day eviction notice if I don't get rid of him. This is one of the hardest things I've had to do. We've raised him since he was a puppy and after a year he is nearly 100% potty trained. We leave him at home by himself and doesn't potty in the house unless we've been gone 10 hours then he'll have an accident. He's usually a long haired breed but we trim his hair regularly. He is extremely energetic and playful and very very loving. The only thing he chews up are my socks. He was crate trained most of his life so he knows what it means when you say Charlie get in your crate. I've had him around five or six other dogs and it's hit or miss on whether or not he gets along with them. I tend to think he's not very good with other dogs, just depends. He doesn't bark a crazy amount but he is a small yappy dog that barks sometimes and that's what got us caught here at the apartments. He will sleep on top of your legs in your bed or snuggled up really close to you. He absolutely loves to play with his toys but again, he thinks all socks are toys. He comes with a crate that is a good size for him and a homemade bed that I built for him. he loves that bed but don't ever try to buy him a soft cushion bed because he will destroy it. Again, he doesn't destroy things except his own beds and my socks. Of course he comes with food and water bowls and an old leech. I'm asking $75 rehoming fee just to make sure that you are serious about investing time in this dog and making it work and giving him a family that he needs. I love him very much and I ask that you take good care of him but I have 8 days left on my eviction notice and he needs to go. Four..0 5....90 two Six 2...00...
