Bates Homes is looking for a field assistant to join our team immediately! We are looking for a driven, hard-working individual to join our construction team in Belgrade. The ideal candidate would have some construction experience, ability to operate small equipment (skid steers, hand tools, pressure washers, etc.). The position entails the following job duties: daily site clean-up, material management, final home prep for homeowner delivery, equipment maintenance, installing floor protection, and other daily tasks. Pay starts at $19/hour but can offer $20 - $21 to qualified individuals. Bates Homes is building 652 single-family homes in Belgrade, north of Cruiser Lane and Jackrabbit, near the new Belgrade School. We have stable work for the next 7-10 years, and there is plenty of room for growth in our company.
