Needing childcare for 2 children

We are looking for help with our 2 children during the day. We would probably start out with 2-3 hours a day. Our son is 9 and autistic. Our daughter is 7. Both parents work from home and will be here as well if anything is needed. We are looking for someone that can help fill the void of not being able to physically be in school. They are used to interacting with teachers all day as well as speech therapy and other activities during the school year. Someone who can work on speech with them, get them doing activities such as sorting colors and writing letters (they mostly do hand over hand now), and getting them out of the house (we have a play yard on the property).
