South Carolina 4-H fishing project is an independent project for youth ages 5-18 years old. What you will learn: Learn about fish species and habitatsExperiment with fishing gear, baits, and luresTie knots, lines, and fliesLearn about fish anatomyWhat you will do: Fish from May 1st - November 30thComplete and South Carolina 4-H Fishing LogParticipate in local fishing days / camps/ events (optional) Turn in the record book to your local extension office by November 30th. What you will get: Project record booklureProject Completion: Turn in the completed record book by November 30th, 2020 to your local extension office. Record books will be evaluated in age-appropriate categories (Cloverbud 5-8), (Junior 9-13) and (Senior 14-18) top record books will be recognized.
