Carrot Muffin!
With Easter just around the corner, its time to start baking that ultimate Easter carrot muffin loaded with carrots and stuffed with cream cheese. In this lunch and learn class Chef Ron will demonstrate how to make these yummy muffins, all while you enjoy a delicious lunch of mixed green salad topped with roast pork and house made dressing with our Olivelle oils and vinegars. Cost for this lunch is $25 per person.

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. What to Expect:
The lunch and learn classes last approximately one hour. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made dressing and roasted pork while the Chef demonstrates baking a carrot muffin with cream cheese icing. You will enjoy one of these muffins at the end of the class. Chef Ron bakes all of our muffins and breads in the downstairs café. He teaches sourdough bread, pizza, and many other cooking classes here at The Cook's Station.
