Weekend Brunch Pop Up Operation/Chef

We have a popular live music venue that would like to offer saturday and sunday brunch from 11am-4pm. We are looking for someone or someones to offer food for the pop up. We would take a very tiny cut and offer our space and clientele. Must make incredible stuff quickly and be efficient. Note: we do not have a kitchen but we do have a food prep area and a walk in.
